MyReality.ca provides website development and hosting services specifically designed for real estate professionals in Canada. Our services include but are not limited to website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related consulting services.
3. Subscription and Payments
Our services are provided on a subscription basis at $49 per month. Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the services until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide for your website. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all content on your website complies with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyReality.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website or by sending you an email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
